Slow Flow Yoga

A deep, slow-flowing practice allowing for mindfulness in poses and transitions. The slower pace invites you to fully explore your practice from the inside out. An excellent complement to more high-intensity fitness, this class will allow the body and mind to focus on release while preventing injury. Class concludes with a combination of relaxation and breathwork. Suitable for all levels.
